Two state-of-the-art assessments used for
personal understanding and creating a personal sense of direction.
1. The Highlands Ability Battery (tHAB)
reveals your natural strengths and talents. It also focuses on
individual learning styles and strategies for them. It is unique and the best of its kind. (See Q&A tab for more in-depth information.)
2. The Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential (MAPP)
identifies your natural motivations toward work and allows you to match yourself to
possible career categories and job descriptions. (See Q&A tab for more in-depth information.)
- One 2-3 hour Feedback Consulting Session covering the assessments including learning styles and strategies,
recorded for your later review.
- Two group coaching sessions for implement your
information.
- This option is generally recommended for clients currently involved
with a mentoring program or are strongly self directed.

Package
This package adds the action steps and includes all of the above services plus...
- Ten additional group teleconference coaching sessions emphasizing strategy and implementing appropriate action steps using your new found knowledge.

stronger decision making and goal direction. It also is
focused on more successful career direction and self
marketing.

Parent2Mentor Program
This program is for parents wanting to support their
young adult children but
feel they have not been effective or successful in the past
and want a different approach. It includes:
- Twelve Group Coaching sessions. These open sessions
are offered two convenient times per week during the day and can
be attended as desired. Weekly is recommended.
- "Becoming a Love & Logic Parent™"
Model
– encourages a simple and effective yet powerful and
proven approach for stronger support, communication and
understanding with your young adult. Text included.

Private Individual Coaching
Private individual
coaching sessions can be arranged. 12 week minimum to start
and includes 10% discount with monthly renewals available
thereafter as desired.

Group Workshops/Presentations
Future Directions Program for Students
The Future Directions Program is designed and can be modified for high school, college students, and young adults searching for guidance and coaching. The program begins with taking the tHAB and MAPP assessments and their feedback. It focuses on using abilities and the other Personal Vision factors in study practices, educational opportunities, majors, college choices and career options. The approach is practical and hands-on and includes interactive exercises, questionnaires, and other resources, all designed to help the student make practical choices based on realistic self-awareness. Future Directions was designed as a 12-hour group program; however it works exceptionally well in one-on-one coaching. Students take away not only a deeper understanding of the process of making educational and career decisions, but also several templates they can use effectively when considering colleges. Young adults can use this information for core decision making and career direction. This is a tool for life. (See our Q&A tab for more information)
